Development Strategy

During 2007 3D agreed a Development Strategy and a Business Plan which will set out the direction for the Consortium over the next five years.

Consortium Strategy

In order to realise its aims the Consortium has developed a strategy setting out five key changes it will work to achieve.

• Improved knowledge and understanding of front line Voluntary and Community Sector support needs.
• Development of consistently excellent support to all parts of the VCS.
• Improvement to the sustainability of infrastructure support to front line VCS.
• Raised profile for the Consortium and the wider VCS.
• Develop the Learning and Skills of the Consortium members for the benefit of the wider VCS and its partners.
