Structure

3D is a network of agencies rather than a formally constituted body. If has a lead agency (Derbyshire Rural Community Council) and a steering group.

The relationship between the members, the lead body and the steering group are set out in the 3D Terms of Reference  (Mar 2008)   

3D also has sub groups including the Network of Specialist Infrastructure Organisations (NSIO) and Volunteer Centres Derbyshire. It also establishes time-limited task and finish groups to look at specific pieces of work.
