Paste - pastes the currently stored item from the clipboard and places it at the cursor position on the screen. This will keep any formatting from the application where the material is copied. |
Paste From Word - when copying and pasting from MS Word and other Office packages, formatting code is also copied and pasted. This can often make formatting the content difficult and so it is best practice to strip out the formatting code using the Paste From Word button. This allows you to paste copied content from Word in to a text box that then send this content to the editing box. The text gets pasted into your web page with just basic formatting, but without the complex Word formatting applied to it. |
